At Chennai Mart, we carefully pack your products before dispatch and work with courier/logistics partners to deliver orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required customization details.
Personalized products may require additional processing time depending on the product and customization requirements.
2. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is generally:
- Chennai & nearby locations: 1–3 working days
- Tamil Nadu: 2–5 working days
- Other parts of India: 3–7 working days
The overall estimated timeline, including processing and shipping, is generally 2–10 working days.
Certain customized, bulk, or special orders may require additional time. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated where applicable.
3. Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Customer unavailability
- Remote delivery locations
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable mobile number.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with the customer after dispatch.
Customers can contact us if they require assistance with tracking their order.
6. Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to photograph/video the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation, depending on the product and delivery location.
8. Bulk Orders
Bulk, corporate, wedding, event, or large-volume orders may have different processing and delivery timelines. These timelines will be communicated separately before confirmation of the order.
