1. Products & Customization

We offer personalized and non-personalized gifting products, including photo frames, calendars, personalized gifts, customized prints, and other related products.

For personalized products, customers are responsible for providing correct photographs, names, dates, text, measurements, and other customization details. Once customization or production has started, changes may not be possible.

2. Images & Content Provided by Customers

Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any photographs, artwork, logos, names, or other content uploaded or submitted to us.

We are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other disputes arising from customer-provided content.

3. Product Preview & Approval

Where a design preview is provided, customers are responsible for checking the spelling, photographs, names, dates, and other details before approving the design.

Once a customized design has been approved or production has started, modifications may not be possible.

4. Product Appearance

There may be minor variations in colour, printing, cropping, positioning, texture, or appearance between the product displayed on the website and the final physical product due to screen settings, photography, printing processes, and material variations.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or technical errors on the website.

6. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment confirmation and receipt of all required customization details.

For personalized products, production time may vary depending on the product, quantity, customization requirements, and order volume.

7. Cancellation

Orders for customized or personalized products cannot generally be cancelled once production or customization has started.

Cancellation requests for standard, non-customized products may be considered only if production, packing, or dispatch has not started.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product, customization requirements, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, correction, or other appropriate resolution depending on the issue and product.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, designs, text, product images, and branding, belongs to Chennai Mart / Happy Hunt or its respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
